PainChek Back-End 2.63.0 and Front-End 3.33.0 Release Notes Update - Tuesday 9th of July 2024

Who should read this?

This release note applies to all PainChek users who are currently using the PainChek Portal.

What's happening?

The PainChek Portal version 2.63.0 and Front-End 3.33.0 will be released on Tuesday the 9th of July 2024.

What's changed?

Bug Fixes and Performance Improvements

  • Fixed an issue where the Site Utility Report would sometimes time-out.

  • Fixed an issue where Users were able to see Devices set up for Facilities they don’t have access to.

  • Fixed an issue where the Individual Facility Report page wouldn’t display more than 50 users in the Distribution List.

New Features and Enhancements

  •  Strengthen the data anonymisation logic for when a PainChek license is anonymised.

Backend and Maintenance Updates

  • N/A

What do I have to do?

There's no action required. The update will occur on the server so when you log in after the update is applied, you will already be using the latest version.

In the unlikely event that the PainChek Portal gives an error after the upgrade, please clear the cache from your web browser. Please speak with your internal IT team if your web browser needs the cache cleared.
