This release note applies to all PainChek users who are currently using PainChek Portal website.
What's happening?
The PainChek Portal version Backend 2.68 & Frontend 3.37 will be released on Wednesday 16th of April 2025.
What's changed?
Bug Fixes & Performance Improvements
Patched multiple high-severity backend security vulnerabilities.
Improved Integration History Log to show only relevant activity.
iPadOS devices now correctly identified in the Installations tab.
Clarified messages shown when creating and deactivating reports.
Resolved timing issue causing “license not activated” errors for new licenses.
New Features & Enhancements
Added ward filtering to the assessments list and data export.
Improved duplicate resident checks to show full resident details.
Updated the Online Learning link to direct to AusMed.

What do I have to do?
There's no action required. The update will occur on the server so when you log in after the update is applied, you will already be using the latest version.
In the unlikely event that the PainChek Portal gives an error after the upgrade, please clear the cache from your web browser. Please speak with your internal IT team if your web browser needs the cache cleared.
