PainChek Front-End Release Note - Update 3.8.0 February 2021
What's happening?
PainChek will be updating the Portal website to release 3.8 on Tuesday 23rd of February 2021 between 11 pm and 1am AEDT.
What's changed?
The way users sign in has changed. You will be prompted for your email first and then be prompted for your password.
Fixed an issue that didn't allow Admins to unlock accounts that were pending activation.
The "Remain signed in" button is now working again.
Added a notification for users still using the Legacy Portal to notify them that it will soon be decommissioned and they should move to the new PainChek Portal.
Other minor improvements and bug fixes.
What do I have to do?
There's no action required. The update will occur on the server so when you log in after the update is applied, you will already be using the latest version of the PainChek Portal.
There will be a slight performance degradation between 11am 23rd of February and 1am 24th of February AEDT for a maximum of 10 minutes while the update is applied.
In the unlikely event that the PainChek Portal gives an error after the upgrade, please clear the cache from your web browser. Please speak with your internal IT team if your web browser needs the cache cleared.
